We have a broad section of programs including training to both professionals and parents.

 
  • Developing Young Minds Early Communication- Deepening practitioners’ and parents’ understanding of the ways that we can help children to become effective communicators.
  • Building Relationships with Parents and Constructing Parent  Workshops-Supporting the relationship between parents and their children’s development can have an enormous impact on how children learn. These sessions will share ideas around how to guide parents towards providing a wealth of opportunities for their children. 
  • Leadership in ActionThese sessions are designed to give managers, deputies or senior staff an insight into some core aspects of leadership and management in action. The sessions are held in session times as participants will work alongside facilitators in a real context. Each session stands alone, they are not linked.
  • Family Support & Development- is designed to improve parental effectiveness by providing a clear parenting philosophy and a set of positive parenting skills and strategies that can be used immediately to address a variety of child-rearing challenges and problems.
  • Empowerment Program is designed for women who are suffering from domestic violence or some form of abuse and finds it difficult to identify it is abuse.  To give women the skills and knowledge of abusive and controlling relationships and be aware of tactics used by their partners / perpetrators. 
  •   Special Educational Needs -These training are provided for professionals to have a better understanding and up-skill themselves on areas that affect families with children, young people, and vulnerable adults.    Support staff working, in contact or supporting parents with special needs and to give parents an understanding of support available for them. 
  • Supporting ParentsThese are made up of session that support parents of understanding their children play, patterns of behaviours and supporting children in and out of their own environment. 
  •  Supporting VolunteersThese are session that support parents of understanding their children play,  patterns of behaviours and supporting children in and out of their own environment
  •  Working with professionals - Early Talk and Working with Parents trainings are aimed at Practitioners - pre-school, Day Care and Child Minders who want to increase their knowledge of the approaches and strategies that can be used in settings to support the development of speech, language and communication in children aged 0-5,
  • Safeguarding children and vulnerable adultsThe training is for professionals to be aware of children in their care who are suffering from some form of abuse, tools that can be used and how professionals can do joined up work to support children in need and at risk.
  • Personal Development - These workshops is to increase social skills, give advice and information and enable young people to gain skills and knowledge in issues that may have a direct impact on their lives through the activities they are involved in.
  •
